Non-returnable Items: Consumables (incense, oils, powders), prasad, customized/made-to-order idols, clearance sale items.

Refunds

Prepaid orders : Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders : Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days.

Damaged/Wrong Product : Report with photos/videos within 48 hours for free replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ensure your sacred products reach you safely and on time.

Dispatch Time : Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Time : 3–5 business days in metros, 5–7 days in other locations.

Tracking : Tracking details shared after dispatch.

Free Shipping : Available on all prepaid orders across India.

COD Charges : A small fee may apply for COD orders.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, return can be requested post-delivery.
